We also aim :
- to widen options and improve services and accessibility for all,
- link to services that support the current public & private health system,
- reduce overload on current Mental Health organisations and system and,
- to uphold mental & physical wellness, inclusion, unity, awareness, advocacy and empowerment.

Blue Sky Project
Our Blue Sky project, is the delivery of our Harm Prevention Services.
We provide services for:
- People holding a family member who is experiencing self-harm, isolation and/or suicidal ideation.
- People who are over 18, and experiencing self-harm, isolatation and/or suicidal ideation.
- Weekend Mental Health Support & Counselling services, when other organsiations are closed.
4 Acres Project

Our 4 Acres project, is the delivery of our food accessibility services, reducing hardship and food scarcity and increasing health, social interaction and community collaboration.
This is a 20 year community collaboration, where we are able to pass down to the next generation, not only an organic living forest, but also a strong community spirit and connection to country.

Our Story
Healthy Self Wellness York Inc, is a self-funded nationally registered charity. We are based in a new perception of Mental Health, US-WE-ALL collaboration, where to unify high quality services with ease of accessibility across Australia.
We began the vision in 2021and opened our doors in 2023 with services to bring free to low cost essential services to the surrounding towns in the Wheatbelt.
